Holy its 2 in the morning!!!
So I am up b/c Kyla has decided to torture me AGAIN!!! She is such a good little napper and goes to bed well BUT then wakes up in the middle of the night. When it's 5 in the morning I don't really mind, I just feed her and put her back to bed. But at MIDNIGHT?? That's gettin a little carried away. So tonight I checked on her, gave her her soother and let her cry! Oh and can she cry, it's ear piercing. So its now two and the house is quiet!! Don't get me wrong I did go again and check on her and give her her soother again. I guess I finally reached that point! Hopefully next time will be shorter, b/c it almost broke my heart to listen to her crying. If you have advice I am all ears!!

keep doing what you are doing. We did that with Scoty and he was sleeping through the night, like 9-7 at like 4 or 5 months...Rylee, was a different story. The kids share a room, and Scoty is a super light sleeper, so we couldnt make her cry, cause then he would be up. But, we were painting their room, and so her crib stayed in the room, and we had Scoty in a different room (this was at almost 8 months...she had been getting up every 3-4 hours to eat...she was TOTALLY playing me), so we decided to let her sleep through the night, and we made her cry it out, for about 2 hours in the middle of the night on the first night, and the second night she slept 7-7....WOWEY! It was awesome, and she has done well since...they think if they cry you will pick them up, and you need to train them that you wont...it is SO SO hard, but it is SO SO worth it! GOOD LUCK....oh and I LOVE your family pic!
cute little blog makeover! And yes I know it's so hard to hear them cry. But I keep telling myself they are smart enough now they can figure out how to go back to sleep without being fed. They are at the weight and age where they can go through the night without feedings. It's hard for us too cuz the kids rooms are right beside eachother and i'm worried if we let one of the twins cry they will wake the other one up. Anyways i'm still trying to figure out the best way to get them through the night. Kyla was terrible and I never really let her cry cuz I couldn't stand it, unless I was really too tired to care which was never, and I wish I would of cuz she never got out of that habit and she still wakes up in the night and we have to go in and get her back to sleep and she is almost 3! So trust me you don't want that. good luck and stay strong!
i definately don't have advice. my 2 1/2 year old is still waking up ASTLEAST once a night!
good luck!
My best advice is keep doing what you're doing. Even though it breaks my heart to hear my babies cry! It gets shorter every time, and then it just stops. Just wait, it could be less then a couple of nights before you have peaceful, feeding free nights!
No advice here! I wish I was only feeding once per night. hehe But Kinsey also sleeps with us...so I think that is teaching her some bad habits.
